Union workers and contractors have day shifts and night shifts, and lots of other different shifts, like I, J,K, L shift which working 12 hours a day. But most of contractors work 10 hours a day, 10 day work and 4 days off, some work 12 hours a day, 4 days work and 4 days off......and the start time and end time is different from Suncor employee with some Contractor to avoid the big traffic jam.
