The Organization: DECSA is a community based, non-profit organization with over 30 years of experience in the development of services designed to assist individuals with employment barriers to achieve paid employment.

DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. One-on-one + group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

Abstract: (2) unique/new employment opportunities in the Transitions Program. As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports.

Key Qualifications for both positions: post secondary degree with 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent.

9 r! F) U; w: [(a) Case Manager in DECSA's Job Placement Program, you will support clients with documented disabilities on a one-to-one basis with job placement. The ideal candidate has a background working with people with disabilities & has the ability to actively market/place clients in the current local labour market. Position # 08-09-01.
