有业内人士给透露一下下11月上旬的房屋成交数量，大概价格走势的吗，在此感谢啊

Weekly Update on the Edmonton Real Estate Market
Here is our update on the Edmonton real estate market. (Previous week's numbers are in brackets). For the past 7 days:

New listings: 430 (373, 467, 367)
# Sales: 155 (149, 177, 211)
Ratio: 36% (40%, 38%, 57%)
# Price changes: 376 (375, 471, 326)
# Expired Listings: 578 (279, 166, 223)
# Canceled/withdrawn/terminated listings: 47 (33, 47, 38)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -350 (-88, 77, -105)
Active listings for single family homes: 3228 (3362, 3436, 3390)
Active listings for condos: 2221 (2285, 2299, 2251)

买方观望，更多卖家撤出市场。

房子根本就没有人买，除非卖家比别人低一截，然后就逐步降，但是还是没有人买
