Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

2. Power steering flush         99.95        
6 g) V0 l2 E: K! }5 |3 d3. Brake flush         99.95
; o5 @  k3 U; J5 F3 u4. Coolant flush 139.95
% W. y, |; a' T  I: E; {5. Major Emission service        174.95
: J9 }) i& V: _: F- d! M  n6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
$ |! [8 X4 g0 \' u, i  x5 Q+ A
* ^" \. j* E% J: g, U1 GDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

我定期换机油，觉得这个保养就足够了。

& p- K- P4 m  K& R至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

对啊，呵呵，这些我都做，不做的话，将来还车时候要有问题啊。
