Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

1. Transmission flush 219.95
3 U! U# H2 X6 o# E3 l2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
! z: u' c$ f4 {" a4. Coolant flush 139.95
1 d, A- @0 Q6 j0 ~* u! V/ r6 c1 l6 v5. Major Emission service        174.95
8 m5 ^# f: V6 x- ^6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

$ e* U+ `9 R) X0 qDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

7 K7 s# O2 t7 UThat's why the vehecle resale value in north america is so poor, lots of people just dont maintain their cars and still complaint their cars are carppy. But, that's a good thing for car dealers and techs like me. I can earn more money

至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。
