0 m. `) A0 p) J6 ^2 k  Z( W4 ~$ u9 V# [ We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
$ j  X! k6 T" \. s•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
2 N! U( m) @2 w, s2 Q5 r- P•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
. M- }" V, A( H; T1 h5 [/ K•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

% H" A+ @6 N) L4 E6 |& ]5 v7 yRequirements:
  h* ^& }) S3 z  U. {•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
% D9 o# D# W/ U1 M  z' y•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
- i+ Y0 E0 `- A•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
