Step1.        If possible, stop your car in a safe and visible place. If a car

                ignition. Be careful when exiting your car.

Step2.        Determine if anyone is injured. Do not move an injured person.

                Report any injuries.

                number; and the name of his or her insurance company. If the
; W" i) u! ^2 r. x" g' b# b4 r4 o                driver does not own the car, get the name of the car’s owner.
                Write down names and addresses of other passengers or
) V( w" N# Q' c# C8 e" p! e                witnesses. If you have a camera take pictures of the accident
                scene.

! U( S' q: G/ N: y/ e4 H: C. nStep5.        The police officer will give you a copy of the collision report.

Step6.        Cooperate with the police, but do not admit guilt for the

                insurance, but do not reveal how much coverage you have.

7 z" T* s: Z5 r) a( f                accepting money, you may give up your right to file a claim
                against the other driver, even if the damages turn out to be

# M* y3 z* K) R$ ]9 u- dStep8.        Do not agree to forget about a minor accident. You may see
                later that there were hidden damages or injuries. The other
                person may even file a lawsuit against you.

Step9.        Write an account of what happened: time of day, weather,
                hazards, road conditions and driving speed. Draw a picture of
+ a+ E! I- F* {  S5 R                the site, showing stop signs, signal lights, etc. Try to measure
! C. ~# C/ Z& J8 j# D  i* Y! f9 a                skid marks and determine the point of impact. Note any damage
                already on other cars involved. If a camera is available, take

Step10.    Report the accident to your insurance agent or insurance

第二，       检查一下是否有人受伤。千万不要挪动一个受伤的人。

第三，        马上拔打电话911，报警和呼叫救护车（如果需要的话），报告受伤

8 ~( b0 Y: v1 o, @* |5 j$ }& J第四，        如果另一辆车也卷入车祸中，要获得此车的年份，制造商，型号，
                汽车牌照号码，司机姓名，地址，驾照号码和他（或她）的保险公司

第五，        警察会给一个撞车报告。

第七，        不要接受另一方司机的任何钱。如果接受了，你可能就放弃了起诉对
                方司机的权力 ，甚至损害最终被证实远超过你最初的想象。

第八，        不要同意忘记一个小的车祸，你后来可能看到会有隐匿的损害或受
                伤。另一方人可能对你进行了起诉。

第九，        留下一个记录写明发生了什么，日期，天气，受到的伤害，路况和车
                速。画一个现场图，标明停牌，信号灯等。尽量测量出刹车线和查明
2 J/ U9 a# i0 x6 a' ?' }                碰撞点。注意对方车辆的已经有的破损。如果有相机，把事故现场拍
                下来。
