*Long work hours, lots of overtime pay, I4 k- E% Z' g' H! |' o; a* ^ b
*Shift work a must (day shift and night shift on two weeks’ rotation). O) l% ~: ^ {3 v8 y0 z. K
*Night shift premium （$1 extra per hour for nights)
