Abstract: reporting to the Manager, Member Relations & Communications, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Member Relations & Communications Team through timely distribution of materials and merchandise, support in event registrations, onsite event assistance, database maintenance, invoice maintenance, and reception relief. : Y- c8 f. 9 o" q5 \* k# PKey duties include: Volunteer Program; coordinate kits for volunteers; manage lists of potential volunteers/updating Dbase; provide administrative support (logistic for meetings, agendas, minutes and distributing materials) for various committees and; coordinate targeted mailings.

Recognition Portfolio: manage lists of targeted individuals/update Dbase; assist with assembling materials for nominations for community awards and coordinate targeted mailings.
