why the car keeps driving itself at about 40 to 50 km ?

the old 86 toyota keeps driving itself even after i put foot off the gas.
7 f$ w8 t, M; b- m% ]7 n* \if i put the  car into park position, the engine sounds it accelarate the speed with loud noise
can anybody know what the prolbem is and how to fix it?
