Position: Administrative Assistant / Terms: permanent 30 hrs. week - flexible hours and possibly extended time off in the summer / Salary: $30,000 annually Location: Edmonton / Closing Date: August 7, 2008.

FCSSAA is looking for an A.A. to support the provincial Board, Executive Director & Project Coordinator. The duties of this position include:

- receptionist tasks such as answering telephones/responding to e-mails; general administrative support to the Board, Executive Director & Project Coordinator; preparing cheques, maintaining financial records, accurate filing system & ensuring that all filing is up to date; liaising with FCSSAA Member programs & Associate members, government, non-government partners & the public.

The successful candidate will have: a college diploma in office administration with a minimum of two years related office experience OR administrative training/courses and equivalent office experience. Excellent proficiency with the MS Office Suite, Adobe, e-mail/internet is essential. PLUS: exceptional organizational skills, strong written & verbal communication skills, the ability to work with little supervision, and a sense of humour.
