Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

5 T4 i9 r% f# c2 {" yDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

, z0 o/ i3 ]5 b6 D+ R$ J+ k9 }2 U: i(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

* D3 X$ x& a( G! @Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
4 D! E' Q/ M- h- Z; KHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

4 |; a7 ^# c7 Q8 j: m' sDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
