Interior Designer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in order of importance. Other duties may

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,4 A/ q; Q3 r# R$ f8 i5 i! h3 i `
product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built

3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
4 n3 J4 P5 x/ b/ J: F8 bmeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

routine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.

plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect

9 b# ^% f8 {: [# Vassures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

inspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a5 i+ K6 x- o, C
related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and% ?6 r( R2 m8 _" _
experience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general3 S H. }8 K# `6 e* s0 p
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.
