1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of
) W+ ?$ a4 T8 ~3 S8 xfurniture specifications for client offices. Travels to client’s location to

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
3 P' B$ K, {8 U7 R1 tproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built, q5 \" p$ E( w0 `$ a. K0 v$ V5 h$ o
drawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for
& s; r, S1 m8 C/ sspecification and installation.# p. P7 q( S* X- I! Z V6 h2 j
3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning- ~$ d1 M6 u0 x+ z
meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these) C7 ]3 P0 w3 X+ O1 t2 t7 |' x! O
needs.
9 s: l# v0 ~# `/ B4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering
: R g* \) E4 [" l, droutine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems. r# a4 O, U4 y
5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction
( w1 z1 v4 a+ ^+ b8 p8 Wplans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job
1 `5 {" D4 o! F8 y R3 M- \site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect2 o- H5 z. X# S- c6 n1 p- Y
& Design (A&D) drawing sets.

assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes3 j. P" C, k! F3 r, G) y
and revisions.

9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.6 ^ m0 M/ w* b9 R+ |
10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications./ r+ N! v3 c0 _$ y
11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review$ a* L! C8 ^! b
meetings with the furniture management team.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a% `1 z! l, g. w: w
related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
! {+ N8 C2 [0 U5 I- Cexperience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general( O+ n6 z4 @* C) A0 N* ]! B
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.( }3 y, Z/ c( t) r

Experience with furniture design and specification software required.
