Job hunting and staff recruiting become fun outdoor activities on June 12

Edmontonians looking for a job, considering a career change, or struggling to find qualified staff are invited to drop by the Alberta Employment and Immigration Tent Event on Thursday, June 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The tents will be set up at the Alberta Service Centre located at 6325 Gateway Boulevard.) L* Y" j# |% u! c: T( l+ x

Visitors will be treated to a free barbecue lunch plus an outdoor mini job fair, career services expo, contests and prizes, and a charity dunk tank in support of Habitat for Humanity.

A number of local employers will be recruiting staff onsite, including: Alberta Motor Association, Beretta Protective K-9 Services, International Compass Group, Mark’s Work Warehouse, McKesson Pharmaceutical, and Parkland Class.6 o- x3 a5 L2 E$ u9 Q( C
