can 07 RAV 4 install the HID? I check the web you refer to, but no option for HID   ~- P+ Y2 a  z5 g: P- E& L
And any change on battery capacity?

0 Y% m) ?, C) [4 d4 y* A  p6 N3 Fthat is all u need.
2 A" u, K) D  c; rP.S you dont have to convert them all to HID. (low beam is a must since u use them most of the time, high beam is recommened if lots of highway driving.FOG is for the look, i did my low and fog hahhaah )
  K6 q: {  t2 y3 \. Tany car can install HID, nothing to do with battery capacity.(battery gotta be working)3 S- N6 I  M' u2 I
