+ M, u3 L+ B9 j0 E7 m! iThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

4 n* A# i) \- g' [/ d+ SPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
4 D% G- n6 w: f) ~) h1 SThis price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
# ]( J0 f# x3 S* q/ p/ d. M) |% n! P- W- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

) m  ^9 K: A4 q3 a# j; h- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
