The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

9 A* e6 z' k& KPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

- E" p0 |1 H5 q! ?= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
% `. W. v- i$ N& f- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
; f' R9 O# T0 g8 A# q: d) R- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
3 ^& G1 X% ?  M7 f- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
