The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

' ]9 J0 P  r: S% H, l' EHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

  q& C; k0 o3 GPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

: `. A# m7 `* k0 B0 _= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
1 d+ y6 N! f; T/ H- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
2 g: x7 a" A& l# o  v" E- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
3 a6 ~' w2 c  z( c; u& B9 M

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
$ t& f. q6 w% i- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

7 x) Z. D  y- w: v: v$ n$ ]" WAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
