Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele- W' u, S1 ~* d& o" n1 W
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
]* Y4 H/ o* RResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
+ s" F0 F7 \4 r$ KProvides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
& B" U1 X2 p. w MWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
: \$ d+ B, l8 f: h6 gEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
! Z+ n6 m& Q( I7 Q5 yDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
8 B( q; C6 s$ JDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS4 F9 z1 x* ~2 x" i, s/ W
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program. T, U; n" v* e4 L/ A
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer3 J1 l& k2 h8 f9 E: o
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
8 S; a5 e+ `, V3 Q' OExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL). f& X' [" H3 A
