EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。4 w- l! i# w$ P/ Z7 S0 c

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

% \3 Z9 o7 A& l8 H, H' B( W8 ^This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
& q6 @8 s2 F* ?6 V) obecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.* `% ]5 F d/ l: w3 O
5 s# Z, o. ^# z+ h1 WTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
# b& B" T V& p2 z# [' x! |of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
