时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。: G# l6 y6 I9 V

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
+ O9 u3 I9 k. Z+ r- J4 z$ T6 R0 k/ Dbecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
; N! ?! m& ~9 \1 Eof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different5 ~! o% A0 M, J# L" o
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.

& x$ o9 A0 b# k# qCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
