how to cook steak

It is very easy!
$ y! R' a: V& }' M+ G. w5 ashake some salt over the steak on both sides.
let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.
2 ]! ^8 h1 U% Z1 O( P: Jput the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
+ l' L8 X$ J6 q8 eplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
$ O6 ]! t2 V+ B7 sIf you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
