It is very easy!

let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.

+ l' L8 X$ J6 q8 eplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. 4 Y) {& H! c( I
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.+ k V5 @* G$ c; O' y) J
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
$ O6 ]! t2 V+ B7 sIf you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
