•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
: Y* t1 V1 G. t•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
6 M, B7 }  L* p2 N" R•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
* d' l$ s! h  h7 m7 R8 R•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
2 ^, W7 F" i6 h; ?# l/ K: O0 D•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
6 O, h! R, [. R# V; g' W•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
- Q# |. c! [" y% L8 k9 V•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
0 n, @+ b; H- Z/ R" X5 T" [7 j•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
7 g3 r* J' L8 i( v4 u! j, p•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
