Skills and Competencies:
! S2 g9 {5 `) H+ A; `•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
1 C  T2 z: D$ `- a7 Y* ^•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
' m+ X- Z6 \4 d•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
& M. p5 r  a1 B" V- S. l! ]  W•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
% I* }0 [( N# q8 _% H•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
1 q5 y) H3 l2 X•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
' e! f0 o$ [  c8 \6 f•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
9 ]9 O$ l5 T0 x6 ~$ e•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
  {' S' [; H3 x/ l1 l3 k, ?•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
