•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
# S( v0 U* P; \  I8 z  i$ z•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
1 A9 [. s4 w" u•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
6 P7 J  h9 L) {2 L8 c- V9 b3 u& u: c9 ~3 l•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9 p: J5 e  j! p3 i$ J9 j% h3 ^3 V•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
) I1 N+ U8 b# x& b1 ?•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
+ ?; w5 ~+ r2 n+ c+ Y& Y) s& q: R•        Manage personal backlog of projects
