Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
6 ~" {) S# @, E$ {2 D$ J$ X•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

! N( v' E0 t7 D0 X2 v0 ^•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
% ]" M* M9 W& C1 h2 X; I$ P8 u0 q2 Y•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
