Skills and Competencies:
4 K' B( p. S3 h# e•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
' O. z/ V' N- @$ }•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
4 |& [1 Z) d% T+ G4 a- r4 j7 j( S•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
, K$ W$ b8 Q# a" {+ d•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
% V! m, E1 ], O, f2 y2 t% U•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
2 x. b) {7 h1 G! y•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
