BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader! q$ H5 S! B+ s4 N0 z
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok. w6 l, U* j _) J& v) F
-Other questions:
: m0 @* }; j6 J( Y0 ~6 @Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).* v0 a) E* g: {+ e4 I
! a6 h5 e4 \' } }) @7 [2 EFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.. {# r# G/ v U

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR + N3 c) o/ m6 c1 ~1 B
6 o1 y6 `; a( U" e5 ~The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.- T3 p* X$ ?& F7 I: D* N# m0 }

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.- s: {5 W5 @" W) c% @- K

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

) F6 J! k& i+ a8 mHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20)./ K* @3 B4 C9 g+ s- c( F
& T+ w9 H4 a/ z! v* r1 l) d9 w
HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!) }9 e: t6 f: P5 s+ x% W. F# S5 E: q
