Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
: f! G0 H' x. L5 q- W% q, q-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.6 w2 o( j1 A/ P

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).; V/ \1 ]/ }* ]

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

% J! G" j" L, [! K; h' SThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

, w" E3 F2 {, v! X: u9 D+ DOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project. o" v7 T. B2 Y9 J3 ]0 v$ _6 v
/ L" m, |& X a# G6 NHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

, h; L: Y& h9 X) W2 T1 KHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

- T4 i0 k, R: s6 D2 ^HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
