Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
' v) a. g/ H) s. t-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.1 Z g9 v; C, W( ^ G
-Other questions:
3 e0 Z9 i0 _7 B4 K% }& Z' l3 pManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

& v) ?1 }8 D. ~! M# D sFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.4 U( \2 J( _" s# s4 y5 I+ o0 z

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

* a1 \2 H4 ^' G" b+ J) BOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.1 ^# `: r9 k! Y
( A; Y, U. j& H WHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.% r8 s+ N/ M! s3 V9 ~; m- w7 o3 O* ]

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).( b# z- |$ f7 D R2 `; a; J n
# c5 |0 j8 u- W3 L* Z3 ?HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
