/ P8 Z8 M' Z: b: pInterview 1: by manager and technical leader
- v9 |7 S/ p0 ]7 Q9 v* ^ \-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.- v/ w1 h& x0 V2 L [ D7 A( w$ r
-Other questions:
; s7 Z& M: ^* ^" ? gManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

% S% K. o# C. @4 X6 yFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.& f, W$ J4 X: L# L T% `, z

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.' ^/ _/ t/ B/ R4 R! _. V

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR / ]& \5 w, C4 ~) ]

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.( |4 Q7 X" ^: E: R; D5 G S
* ^$ o8 Z+ ~1 ~! U( k) q
One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.8 ]$ o2 j) t# d9 D# i) x% T2 o
6 i0 W* z( G5 N- yHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
