Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. ; O/ ?, J; G) P, o2 w

Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment. G" |4 o* I5 Y4 c5 Q2 N2 r
5 X J2 p7 H% A; \5 t" l- aPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.
