4 W7 r1 \0 h+ ~; \9 R) l2 zPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

Skills and Abilities Required
) ~2 u0 N2 S7 A% N) v, `, A' ?Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment./ M& m+ n/ \0 G) I) q+ k
' \" Q4 f1 g% n# V* m
Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. ; N% ~6 e' h1 m9 W# i4 i& `
" b" o% F+ y8 f- i$ ^Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Minimum Qualifications
