有一个小男孩跟他的父亲走在山中 & |2 v+ h; z4 P- P* {
A son and his father were walking on the mountains.
" U( ]2 O& w% j c: O5 f8 h0 ]- k9 C. a. k$ \9 P0 P
小男孩不小心趺倒了,忍不住痛的大叫了一声“ 哇......喔”
- R. c4 w( P( Z5 m6 xSuddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: “AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!”

但是令他吃惊的是,他听到了一个声音从山中的某处传出来,重复他的声音“哇.....喔”

他很好奇的大声问“你是谁?”
' n4 ^) a' Y' m+ K( H( bCurious, he yells: "Who are you?" ' n3 ^# ~4 X/ ~" f: @: O! ?

结果他得到的答案也是 "你是谁?"
/ Z$ S; e) S2 a3 uHe receives the answer: "Who are you?" ' ~; W7 D- x9 H& T/ a3 b+ q3 E

小男孩生气了,大声地吼着"胆小鬼"
% n& L; ?% g8 {Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!" ' ?, p7 ^/ @3 v( w; [$ A9 D
8 W' B" r6 e( l8 X$ ?
这一次得到的答案也是 "胆小鬼"

他很好奇的问他父亲 "到底怎么回事啊???"

父亲笑笑的跟儿子说 "儿子啊, 注意听喔"
; j/ s' `$ F( [5 Y3 {: n/ mThe father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention."

6 x# W2 l1 F! ]$ ]0 e父亲大吼了一声 " 我钦佩你"
% E% i' F5 f$ k& V* l4 pAnd then he screams to the mountain: "I admire you!" 3 @ v+ G( q/ N f, c) u
! Y4 C& v- n7 R, N$ X# T/ ?
结果另一个声音传回来的也是 "我钦佩你"
$ t+ v1 E0 s& g" y% u! V9 Q5 L8 gThe voice answers: "I admire you!" ) o( [- p/ P/ i4 n* N( ^0 v% O
1 l Y) e2 T( b. t: T$ }8 X同样的,父亲再一次大声的说 "你是冠军"
+ j' J" [% o& }6 i# }2 w& S, dAgain the man screams: "You are a champion!" 8 P4 ]1 r: w* [" m: I1 y2 \

这个声音也回答 "你是冠军" 1 J( v/ V* T) Z
The voice answers: "You are a champion!" $ b1 P9 `; |& }$ b- K) c
' q0 @' K6 r+ s; w, \7 r* i0 n
小男孩感到非常的讶异,但又不解

) C- b. A6 Q* O! i此时父亲向小男孩解释说 "一般人们称这是回音, 但实际上这是'生命'"
