Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
5 y4 Z  J* v2 {/ j5 Q' w  C$ XBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
  |5 [; I/ K& \8 k0 X* wAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
Well, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
