Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
$ B5 j, z: d8 y  i% u& rBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
1 O7 b, y4 D3 D4 _3 T, VAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
5 e# }, g: l4 X5 C1 i; _. MDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
3 Y" J- ]! y' M# X/ K2 rI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
