烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
& g1 ~6 C+ n0 ]• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)3 Y2 H2 C. A5 b( c9 y9 P* _- E
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

PREPARATION:
0 u0 O/ f, n" L# FBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 3 l6 B" l8 p, ^3 M! a& l" K1 n; _7 ?' G
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. $ q& i$ M4 Q3 \0 R
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

2 ~0 n9 M4 n9 y" @" o这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
