3 c7 L- i( i* s, z# B, |" b, ~" f• Work as a member of a project team to develop new software solutions;
$ N/ K4 `6 J# ]3 {+ K2 @• Work as a member of a project team in support of existing ICD software solutions;
0 ^, n$ }$ X- L  e' ]; r( s• Provide Production trouble-shooting analysis & resolution;
• Implement reusable software components;
7 L/ _4 R, ?7 n  q8 U• Implement automated Unit tests;
2 N  E  T  V/ R: m: q• Work within an iterative environment;
• Utilize Rational’s source code versioning tool to manage software code streams;

( o! ?: U% F. B, u7 a3 @  TKey aspects for these roles are:
• Use the EUB .Net Framework to develop and maintain subsystems and applications;
" x" _9 |5 q% H& Y$ t8 E) N3 ]5 b• Work in partnership with business analysts and Systems Architect to ensure that there is a transition from design to development;
  p/ ~1 ~! E. l5 {6 W• Identify architectural issues and recommendations to improve our application systems environment. This includes current design patterns, component development and identification of common services;
• Work closely with the Business Analyst and the Test Analyst to ensure requirements are understood and unit testing approach is sound;
• Contribute to the identification and mitigation of Project risks
