• Work as a member of a project team to develop new software solutions;
• Work as a member of a project team in support of existing ICD software solutions;
% U" b/ s7 R$ y$ q' Y6 T• Provide Production trouble-shooting analysis & resolution;
" [5 D$ z5 U- P6 u2 x; f• Implement reusable software components;
0 j# H% X4 g6 t+ X• Implement automated Unit tests;
• Work within an iterative environment;
0 d$ r1 I& P9 _0 e1 T; a9 l• Utilize Rational’s source code versioning tool to manage software code streams;

0 u' u0 l7 f! @, E) Z" C: jKey aspects for these roles are:
• Use the EUB .Net Framework to develop and maintain subsystems and applications;
• Work in partnership with business analysts and Systems Architect to ensure that there is a transition from design to development;
: A5 N- ^! T% }4 [# S' d• Identify architectural issues and recommendations to improve our application systems environment. This includes current design patterns, component development and identification of common services;
• Work closely with the Business Analyst and the Test Analyst to ensure requirements are understood and unit testing approach is sound;
• Contribute to the identification and mitigation of Project risks
