这个房子超值

这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。
只是此房是东西向的，不过很多洋人喜欢东西向的。

There is nothing but pure crap on Comfree now.

/ O4 M5 Q2 J- O: t* Q- v! [I recognize the layout of this house. It's called "New Castle", built by Mac & Mitch. You can choose the same spec home from the builder for $520k as of now. Why buy it from a flipper for $600k?

The base model is $520k. This one is an expanded version (mostly extra room on the garage) of  the NewCastle model. You can contact the builder and ask for a quote, if you are really interested.

I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

亚省虽富，但分配不公，房版成了渲泄愤怒的场所。卖房者一向受到攻击。但和其他地区房版的粗言秽语相比，争论双方尚可算君子，淑女。
