. X/ P( v" ]0 f% CJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 O( C; b+ l& |" N
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
+ z  y& Q! J1 t% k) Z
3 ~( S4 L* \% P" T7 ?8 c3 a3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

8 z' j% M7 E/ r4 b9 j. h5 j4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- h3 A3 e7 {; W. ]; X7 u7 ?1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

% N; {% h3 C* V  r0 s3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
" [. v9 f4 a2 J& d3 B; l
3 R4 L& h# _3 p( }' d8 N/ d& }4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

. C" }9 r' d6 X. b* G1 Z* g5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
