5 o5 i" v" c& i8 k0 s: t- \JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

( q. {" u! A6 f  T% V- u5 a1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

8 z6 z% V( i( k7 \+ p6 n7 }& i3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

& e; J9 x, o! p/ E/ A7 R5) Serve as cashier when required.

$ J* i+ Z3 b& ~: }6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

7 x0 \0 K( i) f% [& \1 VQUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

5 D8 f- j  @& |/ ^& M7 z2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
$ C9 G$ J0 }# z% ~8 v& D- r; N
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

/ v6 F6 V8 Z1 \9 R5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
