. W  X; W* N1 f/ ?JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

( \7 R. m' ?3 X3 ?. ~9 d; q DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ I/ Y" h8 c; o' ~6 ]8 Z! V
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

" N- Y% G$ K% N: @) |3 Y; w/ y" s2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
" k0 A, m5 a# b+ ]) s5 W! f; F7 S
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.
) y) ]4 J# i. _% h2 H
5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1 h" @0 t, `/ J. V1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
+ D! s7 L& j$ D* I6 j; q* Q4 }
! W' r/ X3 m9 l: z' u/ }& `, S2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

, K3 s3 ~# o8 b' e3 T/ f4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
