3 Q9 k8 c7 q. V) F: P5 \JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

5 G+ I4 j0 h# p8 B2 O7 @3 ~0 u( u1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

0 j- c9 t2 U  u* q, v: B8 f+ P2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

# m$ Y- K/ c$ W5 _; M3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

! d3 r1 y7 i+ ?6 T" t5) Serve as cashier when required.

% ^- f6 b. X* d+ p$ O- h! E6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



QUALIFICATIONS:

% z( q+ j, d" a* R( o% v3 U) h1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

) r2 _% Y. ]) C- B# c% h0 A! a2) Cashier experience.
; {/ k! ~0 \: V1 @$ i% T/ ^: v& ?
. I# U' N, s. f1 Z1 a( o3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

3 i) ?, G; d  C/ m8 @' F5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
