2 A$ w$ g3 ?6 K$ ?' |; LJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

* j4 m9 H' O* I9 X- v DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

( i/ z( x0 z( A% q7 N& I1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

# V9 _8 S" z8 S9 d2 w* K2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
& K' ^  o+ ?& U# h. c& a5 e
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
$ S  I3 X0 m$ g. L6 _' }5 M! c. p
4 r( g2 N: i0 h5 w+ s3 b4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

. w8 [: U; \5 v- B% q2 G5) Serve as cashier when required.

* E1 h3 _5 S8 A6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

4 m8 o* j. t2 M' V8 AQUALIFICATIONS:

4 _) l3 P% M2 U: e) g2 u1 L1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

! b/ `- D- i1 p3 w7 _2) Cashier experience.

& |  d7 u% H# P; ?  }3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

& ]! U* g/ i$ u/ Z% ]5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
