申请者应满足如下条件:

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
# U. Q3 j! z. i- Hd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

' f9 h( H9 m6 I" P2 Z0 IPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
0 p& u. O+ I, _5 U( venthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
  [, ^+ B. m5 x" Xand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

- H: U3 \  Q4 ]& f8 uThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 j& e% u! }" h+ b(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% @6 U" H9 ~6 I8 x3 e; }- J( X(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
) q" x, f+ f+ F/ d* H7 }7 h(e) A good team work player.
