d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" j% [) ]5 y! }) c1 y) H3 m# ]enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( D+ x. f6 y- `4 [Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
' j" b1 C0 r! }1 a4 J( Cintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 Y' u1 v4 H+ g& t8 O* V% {* M(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
5 b& w: e7 h8 A' ~' j/ }6 V(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 J1 r6 M2 Q* i/ m(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
; d( c: U8 I, u(e) A good team work player.
