Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
- [# u- J, H7 v& e' @and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( K; k6 }5 }0 _0 G- n% f" iPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
  J6 i$ O$ k" Q. \; x( B5 cintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
