Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
3 }9 ]5 b! b- j9 j8 wPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 x" B  n# M# P' k' ]& y3 k$ j! Qintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
9 N* ~. Y8 {: p9 |  [9 c(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
* B) w/ x/ K9 |9 U! _(e) A good team work player.
