Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will2 P- R# e7 S% i8 m/ V% F- t0 a( T
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't
: u2 u, \) q( `2 pregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from5 t* F1 _! u& s; J# i$ E) k
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed/ e3 w% O" L9 E# F
a big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.
