There is a $30 activation fee though, but the activation fee is waived on a 12 months prepayment, however this is not a contract - they claim they will refund the difference if you cancel in the middle of the year. I'm guessing they just want you to pay 12 months in advance.

买了 ATA, 自己可以设置 VOIP provider. 不用电脑。  除了vbuzzer 外， 还有很多公司可以花5刀左右， 就有edmonton电话号码, 不需用telus。

) h5 o- v5 J& R) E目前 voipbuster 可以用六个月免费全球(大部分地区）拨出5分钟
