那么他想转学的话：

２．        在同一省内转学和跨省转学要求有何不同？是否仅仅关系到学

先上一个普通大学或者college再转到好的大学是可以的

因为学分转的可能不合适或者其他

) k# p0 q, o( B! Othere is no difference for admission no matter you apply directly for a better university or transfer to it. the only benefit is that after being accepted by a better university, people may have some courses taken in fermer univeristy transfered.
