最近很郁闷

想买房,可房价一个劲地掉啊,郁闷,买了能保值么?

房价涨了,买不起房;房价跌了,不敢买房。。。。。。。。。

I am suprised that I cannot find a decent unit from start of June.
5 m: D+ C$ f1 W9 `2 x5 b: FI bought my last condo in May. I thought the market is going down, and try to snap another one this summer.
& Y# j- e& Q, o2 x7 }) z! c( JHowever, none of them can compare to my last one. I made three offers in comfee. I offered them $10,000 less than they ask for.' q) E. ?0 i% L. O% C# }6 V
Well, they don't even give me a counter offer. Just decline right away.+ ]4 W: h: ^0 ?
Can anyone, give me some info? I like concrete condo, 2,3 bedrooms, price around $250---350,000.; X7 L5 a6 o$ y+ C4 v" w, {

1元1元地往上加, 直到他们晕了, 协议就会达成.

I read the statistics data from MLS, it said that 60% deal accept less in last month. And average closing price is around $10,000 less than the list price.
, ?& {9 }! Y4 e! kWell, looks like those owners sell in comfree, are not that desperate as I thought. Maybe I should try MLS again. By the way, all my properties are bought from MLS.
! ?% k: F+ z; V1 bAs a buyer, I guess choosing MLS would be better off. The seller's agent can do a good job to persuade seller to accept a lower offer. (don't hit me with brick, I am not from MLS)3 q7 E2 r% T- |6 {: a8 m+ m
I have to add one more, there are really not many good units in current market.

以前听一个中国经纪说过,有些国人,看个房子,看半年,半年间房子不知涨多少了,终于下定决心要买了,看房子降了一点,还是不会买1 O; G. J4 n% G; x
这种人就算等房子降到10块钱,他还会考虑会不会还降到1块,还会观望.% Q. D8 g' o* n1 f

头发白了还继续等着房子.

your price range is well enough for a 2-bed concrete building or some 3-bed. whether you can knock 10000 or 100000 off from their list price it is very subjective to the seller. if that is a great condo unit and priced right on the market, if i am the seller, i won't even deduct more than a $1000.   there is a minor decline (or i should say an adjustment) on the price, but this is just for some of the expensive houses, so on average it looks like going down for few % as a whole.
