Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
/ v, ^9 \3 _/ f& u E$ r! b' aof Course Pack production.* f' k" f3 X: U) ?# h* Y9 A
% {" S! l& W+ v0 ~0 e, G6 q7 X& H
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
0 j5 m( w+ x R1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
+ S: o q0 f% ]& ?' Lof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.; k# I; ^* v. M5 Z9 b9 a
* U3 p; v$ q; W* s+ ]* l2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
* D8 D! q+ L( e' V. uprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
M5 [2 [3 a& m$ I: ?" H9 r% w( _( k& `8 M2 I& D
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
/ V! Z" i3 E1 ccourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and % H: X( u0 N* ?, Z4 ~5 C
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 0 N4 u0 z+ c' D. v7 m# L3 Y
failures to the Operations Manager.8 E5 M* B2 c- `: e7 r

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, % _. D1 w* I2 w$ R# d9 ^8 _
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication / b! p1 N5 V+ d4 E5 G* }

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.5 s2 ^7 q4 g4 ^* g3 b: ~( ?0 T

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
