SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical / T7 z) F+ _ w- z
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
- t! ?- }: j) Z+ L. F" i3 ^of Course Pack production.

4 O; _: _& s% vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:: j; Z5 k1 i1 m0 _2 n) M
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
, ]; C: c6 \% f4 i* f' o% N0 E0 yof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
8 i3 u5 c# ]& k8 h9 _) P5 V; K, [: x4 m
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 6 G P/ [# h9 g1 T
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting./ S, b. ?6 ~ I# F2 F* ]
5 O& Z; J6 p& ?$ B: R- j% h
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of , X8 V6 E5 N, X% d1 R% d3 b
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and - x5 ^* f; T* Z- n+ F" F
keeping appropriate and accurate records.3 b2 s" `, ` o

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment # [, r6 ?0 H F
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.% s/ n, @; J7 L6 _- z5 e
