Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

, t( ]9 Z* ? `1 t3 m; vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 w: b+ {" m4 ?% S: P1 t' ~% x1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning / A& f0 \5 Q+ j: b- W, f
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
" Y/ u r8 ^7 T& q! ?$ }; {" V* Z6 M5 D0 S2 Q6 G& S1 Y- }
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
4 a" P9 V0 V: xprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
+ i2 ~1 I8 A, E1 j+ j2 I" F; u
( ^: ?$ N9 m+ T$ w0 ~6 S1 z7 p. K3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
4 J4 o5 X' G+ @course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ) z% {' n( H+ q* k" u0 K, v
keeping appropriate and accurate records.% q( n/ y+ S" @, I
, I4 n i, X; z: p4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
^0 c& p( g+ h( _; n* o4 p# I4 dfailures to the Operations Manager.

& G( d" @$ i: t2 }; B) ^5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
0 }) ~9 ?$ o0 Q; b# oand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.* p, U0 r0 h4 V( _( s1 l
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication " E8 E* n! o. b q7 R9 b
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.& h+ Q. A/ ]8 L

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
