JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- * i5 k* `1 ~* N9 r! w% W) q3 A
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical . }" j; m* X" E# G
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 0 n: o/ S3 I: t* k4 k+ ~9 U
of Course Pack production.3 E+ c6 G: V6 c& u+ h
# U- D. N* o8 L) F& qDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( l" R, y( v5 [ w& F6 H1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning * v0 F" P% M0 D
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
# n: a" H( h3 e# H2 \& s+ B: E& N i A5 p* u! q$ `
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 4 f7 c1 q1 `* G
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.1 R# a+ o2 ]) t" K0 O" Y* T. I$ u
) l9 n' A9 I: {' w+ x3 C) C$ T
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of . ] d# l3 o( {/ G5 O
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
: e$ Q4 F+ ~, D" l4 _6 c# Mkeeping appropriate and accurate records.9 ]; K) j- B9 w4 _

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
9 K9 k; G# W4 afailures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.6 F1 E: s4 S U2 ~& P7 A
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication , q U5 |9 \* T/ C: N- I K
skills.

0 \3 Z7 I, u8 k& x* Z: z- Q, D3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful., P# L- e N- H0 K9 [8 P0 y7 b

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
